The best tofu is. No additives. delicious. Every time I go back to Taipei from California, I have to make a special trip to Miaoli to bring back to the United States. Must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客家酸菜是採取不加水的乾式醃漬 味道酸中帶甘 還有獨特的香氣，尢以苗栗公館 產製的風味絕佳 ，阿焕伯的酸菜是個中翹楚。 酸菜在經過日曬裝罐存放 二度發酵 衍生之 福菜 梅干菜 更容易長期保存 ，又是另外一種好風味。
Hakka sauerkraut is a dry pickled dish with no added water. It has a sweet taste and a unique aroma. Especially the flavor of the Miaoli Mansion is excellent. A Huanbo's sauerkraut is a middle-aged. Sauerkraut is stored in a sun-tanned canned fermented second-degree fermented decoction. Prunes are more easily preserved for a long time, and are another good flavor.
