★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了大紅袍腱心牛肉麵、番茄半筋半肉牛肉麵、清燉菲力牛肉麵(有搭配一小盤玫瑰鹽)。牛肉麵好吃，我自己吃刀削麵，口感十分Q彈。醬料區有提供酸菜、豌豆芽、洋蔥、麻辣牛油、原味牛油、印度鬼椒，十分豐富，加了佐料之後，會另有一番風味。服務也不錯，吃不完要打包，工作人員還會幫忙加個湯，謝謝細心的工作人員。
 Today I ordered Dahongpao Tendon Beef Noodles, Beef Noodles with Tomatoes, Half Ribs and Half Meat, and Stewed Filet Beef Noodles (with a small plate of rose salt). Beef noodles are delicious. I eat knife-cut noodles myself, and the taste is very Q-bounce. The sauce area offers sauerkraut, pea sprouts, onions, spicy butter, original butter, and Indian ghost peppers, which are very rich. After adding condiments, it will have a different flavor. The service is also good. If you can't finish eating, you have to pack it. The staff will help you add soup. Thank you for the attentive staff.

我個人最喜歡他們的四川大紅袍半筋半肉麵～湯頭很好喝～搭配老油條也很Match！而麵條則推薦QQ口感的刀削麵～附的養顏青梅醋很解膩～未來還會想來嚐鮮其他口味?

Must try/add their spicy (extremely hot) beef lard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. Ordered the spicy version, which was a bit salty but not overwhelming. Youtiao was a definite plus in there. Don’t forget to add the chili oil. Century egg tofu was great, it’s garlic accentuated soy sauce really brought out the dish amongst other places.
