牛肉麵的湯頭很特別
吃了會回甘不會死鹹
打拋豬肉水餃也還不錯
酸辣湯跟滷味就普普
但醃小黃瓜是好吃的?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵湯頭相當不錯，搭配口感軟Q的粗拉麵，讓人欲罷不能。
牛筋部分入口即化，或許因為長時間燉煮，部分牛肉有些老硬，但這也是沒有添加嫩精的證明。
小菜的豆干，有滷製過，一咬下去有滷汁滲出，有小驚喜。
最特別的是小黃瓜，十分讓人驚艷。
辣椒不會太辣，提味增色用的。小黃瓜本體非常多汁鮮甜，加上以冰鎮方式提供，非常適合在夏天來上一盤。
The beef noodle soup is quite good, and the thick ramen noodles with a soft texture are unstoppable.
Part of the beef tendon melts in the mouth. Perhaps because of the long time of simmering, some of the beef is somewhat old and tough, but this is also proof that there is no added tenderness.
The dried tofu in the side dish has been marinated, and the marinade oozes out after biting it, which is a little surprise.
The most special is the cucumber, which is very amazing.
Chili peppers are not too spicy and are used for flavor and color. The cucumber is very juicy and sweet, and served on ice, it is perfect for serving in summer.

I only tried it after reading the online reviews, but the young boss has a stinky attitude and doesn’t even greet the guests. I can’t compliment the way of handling it. The beef soup is not bad, but if you care about the dining experience, be careful...

真實去吃了，個人覺得很優！
明明牛肉麵的肉就很大塊，湯頭也不錯，麵條是那種QQ麵，非常好吃！
我覺得非常棒！
而且人家老闆是賣廚藝的，服務態度沒差好嗎？
就算老闆沒招呼，自己是不會自己上前去點哦？乾脆去酒店吃牛肉麵不是比較好？

醃黃瓜，真實一絕的超好吃，分量大，足足三大條一份四十元
醃蘿蔔也超級好吃的
