★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在一般人的觀念裡一個宗教道場裡應充滿和諧溫暖的正能量！但在天安太和道場的職場卻感受不到！在天安的職場對話是尖酸刻薄.諷刺挖苦的,更離譜的是主事者所謂的“開導師”居然還隨之起舞！甚至煽風點火助長不良的職場文化！區區7個職員的職場分黨結派！不是同黨派就諷刺挖苦！完全沒有一個宗教道場應有的修養跟氣度！在宗教修行道場工作的人不是應該是有同情心,慈悲心,同理心的嗎！？為什麼比外面的職場還糟糕！這就是所謂的金玉其外敗絮其中吧！只注重外表的光鮮卻不注重職員基本素質修養！每天在光殿聖壇做的功課到底意義何在！！！
