★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 傳統客家口味作法，又不會太油，份量充足，很適合早餐能吃下半隻烤乳豬的我(有點誇張)，吃完心情愉快。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次光顧 點了綜合意麵，是有生以來第一次感覺怎麼料一直吃不完……店家給得超慷慨大氣的，後來闆娘甚至還拿著一勺湯底為每位客人加湯，天氣正寒涼店家這樣的舉動足感心。
另外，飲食清淡的人可以請店家不要加鹽水或減量，會更適口。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美麗的三義山城，菜市場內有料多味美的客家麵食～有好ㄧ陣子每星期六/日早晨開車去三義吃麵！彩雲麵食老闆娘人好⋯乾粄條、麵、米粉、餛飩、水晶餃⋯好料藏碗底，現場吃最夠味！再外帶一罐店內自製油蔥酥，香，放冰箱，煮湯伴麵的好料理！
