刀削牛肉炒麵
相當不推薦，麵和配料都是一樣的
但是，【牛肉筋太多／勾芡過頭】
乍看牛肉感覺很厚實
咬下去就發現，都是勾芡不是肉????
店內湯很大一碗
外帶湯變很小一碗
整體來說刀削麵本身還不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not fancy, but great price and great taste! That's what we found at this hidden spot in Sanyi. If you can handle a small, simple setting canteen type place, then you are in luck because they serve some of the best beef noodle soup! The owners were super friendly, and the noodles were made fresh for the soup. Parking next door for a fee unless you leave after 2, then it's free because the parking attendants leave. The bowls are huge--so don't be tempted to order to much more. The dumplings are good too.
