1.不發號碼牌
2.人數都超過了還不開賣
一、不發號碼牌 ，容易被插隊 。
發號碼牌可以直接看牌子開賣 ，反正領到牌子才能買 ，不怕被插隊 ，又可以避免多餘的排隊人潮 。
二、人數都已經超過了 ，後面來的也是買不到 ，為什麼一定要等到時間到了才開賣 。等待期間然到不會群聚嗎？沒有感染風險嗎 ？
