★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生遲遲不出來接客，只有櫃檯人員跟我們詢問狀況，說了貓咪亂尿尿問題，且愛乾淨廁所，卻跟我們說廁所不用太乾淨，然後把他愛尿尿的毯子給他尿，我根本不覺得這能解決問題
再來醫生打針的時候用布蓋住貓咪的臉叫我們壓制貓咪，沒有安撫，給其他醫生打針時好好安撫貓咪不會這麼躁動，總之整個過程很不愉快
The doctor didn't come out to pick up the guests. Only the staff at the counter asked us about the situation. He talked about the cat urinating, and loved to clean the toilet. Don't think this can solve the problem
When the doctor comes again, cover the cat's face with a cloth and ask us to suppress the cat. There is no appeasement. When giving the other doctors an injection, the cat will be so restless.
