我於20210810晚間1813購買type-c轉接usb轉接頭,買完回家發現無法連接電腦,於是返店告知無法連結電腦,而女店員專業度不足,帶著嘲諷語氣滿嘴胡言,說非商品問題,是我買的規格不對,而沒去確認是否是商品瑕疵,所幸沒聽信他的不專業的解釋,告知另外一位男店員,是否可能是商品瑕疵,男店員告知可試試店內一樣的商品,測試後,果不其然是第一個買的轉接頭是瑕疵品,更換後即可順利連結,感謝男店員的協助,而女店員專業度及服務態度有很大的進步空間,如果做的這麼痛苦,看要不要改行,別做服務業了

問電腦的線而已一個戴眼鏡綁馬尾的女生不知道態度在差什麼的,講話咄咄逼人自己賣電腦在了不起什麼啊就只是個店員而已態度差就不要做服務業,客人看你的臉色幹嘛啊?可以加強一下員工的服務品質嗎?買個東西還要看店員臉色就乾脆不要開店啊傻眼
