Bought a battery case for my brand new iPhone SE 2020. Went home and found out the case doesn’t charge unless I take the phone out, which defeats the purpose of having a battery case... Went back and they told me repeatedly it works fine, went through a series of excuses of what the problem may be (my charger, my charging cable, my Macbook Pro, even the phone itself).
Refused to refund me, basically lied to my face about their “guaranteed” service, and they flashed these silver stickers that they put on the items they sold as if it means anything.
Avoid buying anything expensive here, unless you want to waste money. Absolutely terrible store.

Tl;dr - Good service, beware the up sell.
