獨自在店裡看了一下，主動去和正在閒聊的店員說要買筆電，講到第二次才有人前來服務，但也是愛理不理。
明明線上有貨、其他分店有貨，還要堅持不能調貨只能賣展示機，並態度不是很好的不斷強調展示機很便宜了（並沒有）。
不太專業的部分，不久前由其他店員服務，許多品項一問三不知幾乎要查，查了又查不出個所以然，只會回答「應該可以」。
