挑選物品有疑問時，所有店員都在店外聊天，僅留下櫃檯的女店員，上前詢問明顯對商品不熟，到購買完物品後，剩餘的店員仍舊在外頭聊天
到府安裝時，才發現配送的商品跟當時選購型號不同，由外包的安裝人員跑了好幾趟才安裝完成，浪費許多時間
