內湖文德路的人員服務態度很差，改成給2顆星算是給“吳燦坤”面子 ????

找冰箱想看展示品，一報型號，店員說「這邊沒展喔，但可以訂」
我說「嗯，感覺這種東西還是……」
店員懶得聽我說什麼就走了
之後去隔壁全國電子
店員幫忙找了差不多大小的機型讓人參考外
還幫忙查到新莊有間全國有展示
一冷一熱的對比好鮮明呀……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/15在燦坤-文德店購買電腦螢幕，用了三天後出現螢幕閃屏，我還想說是不是我插頭沒插好，結果都不是，我就打給燦坤-文德店，說我電腦螢幕才買第三天而己怎麼會出現閃屏，燦坤-文德店的員工就說那你拿過來我們檢驗看看，拿過去後用他們的HDMI線插還是有問題，他們就叫我自己聯絡Samsung ….
我在你們店購買商品，我還要自己聯絡廠商是怎樣？都已經來你店裡叫你幫我解決問題了，你還給我推託責任，這什麼心態啊，7天鑑賞期都還沒到，也不給我退貨，這態度真的是太差勁了，（從此不再去燦坤購物
買個電腦螢幕而已，浪費我一堆時間）！

這次去買apple i pad，問到有沒有優惠活動，服務員立即學生優惠+店內優惠全用上了，意外的省了一些錢！?（原本是不知情的）
購買完回去後，發現居然輸不進去開機密碼，又回去向服務員求救，服務員又花了一個多小時的時間，去下載韌體來解決，真的是太感激，也覺得太專業了！聽說如果拿去apple專賣店處理，是要另外付費的，這樣的服務值得讓人安心到會再回購需要商品，相當推薦！?
