前幾天到貴店買了筆電因為線上教學需要急著買給女兒在家用的,也是我第一次到這間店的經歷,非常非常非常的差勁?,筆電當天買完後拆封電腦沒兩下子就卡了呈現(當機)的狀態,以為過一陣子就好了,沒想到一等等了近2小時畫面仍然一動也不動,拿去詢問店員店員直推說是軟體在更新第一次購買會比較久,我們也以為是這樣所以便自行回家等他下載完,不了回來開機沒多久畫面二次卡在那甚至一開機就出現藍色畫面,這次等了更久一直傻傻以為不久電腦就會好了,卻白白又等了2-3個小時多畫面也沒變當下在度詢問店員與我們開機遇到時的狀態告訴他們了解,沒想到店員們的態度開始顯得不耐煩,甚至覺得壞掉是我們操作不當引起的,一直把責任問題推說我們不懂什麼的,我們當下也是想說要不然在回家試試,回家嘗試狀況問題依舊沒改善家人們也開始質疑是電腦一開始就故障了!我買的是瑕疵品,家人跟著我到該店找店員詢問要求是否能夠退貨,店員在客人面前故意大聲囔囔的說我們要對他不利(要出手傷害他們)的字語,聽的讓我很無語…..這是什麼服務與態度,我真的不能理解而後我們決定不在他們店內換貨要求他們退錢給我們,店員更扯要我們把當下他們贈送的一切商品一一歸還還計較的很清楚,我們沒拆封的東西硬說是我們拆封的,搞清楚好嗎?那是你們店員拆封說要測試給我們看的不是我們拆封的,經過這次不好的經驗往後我再也不踏進那間店了!嚇一次就夠了⋯⋯真的!奉勸大家買任何東西前真的要睜大眼睛,別白白花錢當冤大頭買垃圾回來受氣。

It was the computer that crashed from the very beginning! I bought a defective product. My family followed me to the store to find the clerk and asked if I could return the item. The clerk deliberately said loudly in front of the customer that we were going to be bad for him (we were going to hurt them), listen to me I'm speechless... What kind of service and attitude is this, I really can't understand and then we decided not to exchange the goods in their store and asked them to refund us the money. The clerk even asked us to return all the goods they gave away one by one. It is very clear that we have unpacked things that we have unpacked. Can you figure it out? That's because your clerk opened the package and said that you want to test it and show us that it wasn't our unpacking. After this bad experience, I will never set foot in that store again! It's enough to be scared once...really! I advise everyone to really keep their eyes open before buying anything, and don't waste money when you buy garbage and get angry.

I've been shopping at 順發 for possibly two decades. I passed a competitor 3C store and looked for the item I wanted and they didn't have it. I happened to be in 善化 and Google maps showed that there was a 順發 nearby. I went and immediately found what I wanted! (USB C to B connector to charge my phone while riding.) 順發 is my "go to" for this type of thing. Even in a redneck town like this, I was able to get what I wanted! Great company; great store!
