給予兩分是因為購買螢幕遇到不良品但店家不肯給換,在上機前均有先測試後再裝機,裝完機後發現螢幕會偶發性暗屏(可能一小時也可能兩分鐘發作)再經有其他店家協助測試後發現確認是螢幕問題,回報給老闆時扔然強調上機就是不給換,最後發生口角,老闆表示要留機觀察,但由於已經不信任店家故不願留機,最後朋友(手機主人)表示算了,於是再度跟老闆反應先這樣。 1.店家從頭到尾態度其實都不錯,只是聽到不能退換難免有火氣。 2.店家一在強調上機就是不能換,但這種偶發性的在上機前其實是測不出來的,但照著貼紙上的規則甚至有錄影店家依然表示不給換,已經建議過店家更換貼紙改為無論任何理由一經上機就不給退換。 3.因為螢幕也是老闆跟別人進貨,遇到這種問題老闆也較不好處理,建議購買前三思。 PS.店家態度一直都很不錯,只是談到法規的時候雙方開始有火氣。不過最後店家妥協處理,只是礙於朋友很需要手機工作故沒後續...。 看到老闆回覆後我沒辦法點擊回復故來修改我的評論,請您看好自己打的標籤,我也說過上機前都有測試完畢才上機還有留存測試影片,是您賣給我的螢幕不定時有問題這個問題,後面我換了別塊螢幕就正常,再來並不是開店就是專業,拆修螢幕一點難度都沒有真正難得是修理手機的主機板,我想信貴店根本沒有這個所謂的專業。也請各位購買前三思此店的態度就是如此。 回復老闆第二次回覆 老闆當時確實是這麼跟我說"你一定要先測試完才上機,模一拆掉後就不保固了。我也確實測試完沒問題後才上機,但就是遇到偶發性的暗屏,但我也遵守你們貼紙上說的,所以這真的是刷新我的三觀,原來遵守遊戲規則叫做玩"文字遊戲",然後我也說明了是朋友急著用手機不願與店家耗時間,這也可以被拿來說是我心虛。倘若今天手機是我自己的我一定會跟你探討到底,然後您是請我留機4個小時觀察,我都跟您說我有辦法直接顯示給您看了,但您堅持要留機測試,並不像你回覆說的看到問題就給退。 最後同場加碼 在買螢幕前曾在該店家買過兩次電池,分別為5000MAH的電池及3300MAH的電池(電池包裝上也明確寫明該電池容量),但買回來換之後發現比原廠耗電還快,於是拿電流錶測試發現5000MAH從0充到100%居然只有3100MAH然後再比對換下來的電池去充,換下來的居然還有4000MAH,然後號稱3300MAH的更慘只有1458MAH,有跟老闆詢問,老闆的答覆是說先換給我下次就不換了因為用到沒電會傷電池芯,但不就是因為耗電異常我才測試嗎?然後換回來的也依舊是一樣狀況,跟包裝標的容量不符,通常安卓若標榜3600用電流錶測得會是3240,約9折,我測試過約15台後做的結論,蘋果則是會與標榜的實際容量接近。 以上留言要是店家覺得我有毀謗,歡迎您透過法律對我提告。
