老媽買傳真機新的就有問題，一條黑線，第二天拿紙給第一個服務人員看，說本來就這樣！不給換，第三天拿傳真機去換，換了第二服務人員說可以換，但換回來還是出現黑線，又拿去換，第一服務人員說要送修，還說給我媽換一次了，不給換，今天東西沒問題誰會花時間拿去換，說很久才給換其他東西！（過程很不開心，很少看媽媽氣成這樣）門市買東西還沒保障！是服務人員有待加强？！還是門市該檢討？！
