滑鼠剛買不到一年就有問題,包裝寫保固三年,去到送修部愛理不理,說有問題找廠商而不是找他們,東西我在貴店買,不找貴店找誰?後續據理力爭後有幫忙送修,等了約有三個禮拜通知送修回來,滑鼠當下沒請他們測試,到家後從送修前的鼠標延遲,變成剩右鍵有反應其餘無反應….. 滑鼠不貴也是辛苦錢賺的,一直都有在貴公司購買商品,本來覺得服務態度好壞每個人定義不同不做評判,但是這種售後服務真的「超級待加強」給想去購買3c產品的各位一個經驗參考,希望各位不會遇到要維修的商品,至於那顆滑鼠就不再去體驗這麼棒的售後服務了。

If I have a problem, I will find the manufacturer instead of them. I buy things in your store. After the follow-up reasoned efforts, I helped send it for repair. After waiting for about three weeks to send it back for repair, the mouse did not ask them to test it at the moment. After arriving home, the mouse was delayed before the repair, and the left button responded and the rest did not respond..... The mouse is not expensive and it’s hard money to make money. I have always purchased goods from your company. I originally thought that the service attitude is good or bad. Everyone defines it differently and does not judge, but this kind of after-sales service is really "super need to be strengthened" and I want to buy it. As an experience reference for everyone of 3c products, I hope you will not encounter the product to be repaired. As for the mouse, you will no longer experience such a great after-sales service.

裡面有位大姊很熱心,很親切的推薦我筆電,也幫我比較了相同規格的價格,很推薦大家跟她購買(其他的店員就比較公事公辦一點。)

維修技師極為不專業,不僅沒有基本的接待,更是沒有任何專業素養。感覺應該是領月薪的,把客人趕跑一個是一個,自己工作少比較輕鬆。 電腦有問題拿去修,未檢測先隔空判斷,重點是不僅判斷錯誤又非常偏頗。一樣問題拿去另外一家,不到一分鐘就檢測出問題,我的錢給別人賺,我花的很開心。 可惜了順發,十年前跟黃色鬼屋在競爭時,我就是你們的鐵粉,買3c都會先想到順發。如今本人是發誓再也不踏進去順發一步了。 建議你們公司,維修部底薪不用給太高,按業績算薪水。不然維修部這種態度,只會趕跑更多以前喜歡你們的客人。或是維修部乾脆廢掉,外包還比較單純一些

It is suggested that your company does not need to give too high a base salary for the maintenance department. The salary is calculated on the basis of performance. Otherwise, the attitude of the maintenance department will only drive away more customers who used to like you. Or the maintenance department is simply abolished, and outsourcing is relatively simple.
