不愉快的使用經驗 買一台回去後照著影片做,列印時還是有時會黏不到底板,更甚至有時捲料滾輪會把料磨斷後導致斷料 這些技術問題都知道 不愉快的是貴公司的服務 求救的時候一直批評客戶不會使用機器,說我們沒有認真學 更甚至電話溝通時還一直打斷客戶說話 連讓客戶說完話的機會都沒有 我只好壓著脾氣跟你們溝通了~ 先不說技術到底行不行 你們服務再跟我通話的時候我老闆在旁邊聽耶~ 機器把料線弄斷抱回去,要的就是你們一個保證機器不會有狀況 不但不給,還各種話術,還強推客戶教學課程 重點是我如果買了,我問說我們列印上如果還有問題你們會不會幫? 一直回說要我們多練習,我今天客戶買一台機器回去是要練習的嗎? 越想越生氣
