★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was totally blank and very afraid that I can't find a 3-D printer mechanic (English speaking) nearby so that I can ask for fixing the one at my lab. Fortunately, I found ONMOS and contacted them. to my surprise, this guy knows English and he helped me not only to fix the printer at my lab but also suggested few tips to how to use the 3-D printer effectively. I'm very glad to meet such a nice guy. Thanks Micens and ONMOS for the help! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ask the owner about general questions like fee calculation methods for designing a prototype or renting 3D printing time. He will make assumptions about your intelligence and condescendingly talk-down to you. In a small city like Tainan, selling 3D printing services is like selling toilet paper in rural Cambodia.
I understand that you want to maximize your profits from the ignorance of the general market. However, I did not call to pressure you about prices. I called to understand your studio capabilities so I can align my project to your business processes.
Out of all the negative experiences I've had in Taiwan, this gentleman wins. I specifically created this account to counter-balance his fake positive reviews. It's not fair to be marketed as a 5.0 business when your customer service is absolutely not 5.0 stars. I don't care how many 3D machines you've repaired, or how many machines you've donated.
