★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from the boss of this store! First, they are open later than all the other repair shops which shows the dedication they put into serving the community. Second, when Kate Spade refused to honor their policy and fix my bag, the boss said "no problem" and added two grommets which completely fixed my bag. Third, instead of repairing a leather loop, he praised my sewing skills and gave me a piece of leather to allow me to fix my bag by myself. He has amazing customer service and I will definitely be returning if another bag of mine falls apart in the future. There is a reason there are so many positive reviews! This store is the absolute best and is only a 7 minute walk from Shilin station!
