巧克力柑橘聖多諾黑??:
做工繁雜口味口感絕對是另一經典的品項,在巧克力香緹上還有柑橘絲,讓柑橘香氣細微的配著巧克力出現,內部的柑橘布蕾與甘納許讓口味層層遞進濃郁的感覺,與焦糖泡芙脆硬的口感產生對比,希望之後繼續出這款阿!

夏宴??:
這款必須大力推薦,偏酸的蛋糕,層次多,包含最上面細緻的鳳梨果凍,濃縮鳳梨汁有畫龍點睛的效果,酸味來自百香果淋面和中間的熱帶水果餡,最下面的酥餅有在一群較軟的慕斯口感中增添酥脆感,真的很棒!!
山秋?:
一款很秋天的甜點,是今年度的類蒙布朗蛋糕,也是我這幾年來最愛的一款,個人覺得贏過栗栗很多,主體是大泡芙,上面有黑芝麻蛋白霜餅,一般入口極甜的蛋白霜有被調低甜度且帶上芝麻香氣,與下方栗子內餡完美融合,吃到一半還會遇到酒釀櫻桃的厚酒氣,口味豐富卻各自突出,很推薦❤️
艾波?:
換了造型依然是他,蘋果的熬煮功力一流,維持初心,下面千層酥層次更為分明,主廚真的很用心!
這是我最愛的台北法式甜點店,每隔一小段時間都必定要再訪,最愛就是泡芙系列甜點與艾波,而每次新品的驚喜感都讓人期待~~

抹茶梅子泡芙:苦與甜交錯的剛剛好,不用害怕翻糖過於甜膩有抹茶香緹輔助,內餡的茶梅.抹茶甘納許.香草餡整體搭配起來讓人驚艷
艾波:再一次要說無比驚艷,那個蘋果焦糖軟卻吃得到口感,紅茶香緹點綴的剛剛好,卡士達餡料的香草濃郁,讓人回味
栗栗:吃得出複雜的程序,口味也很棒,原來栗子佐黑醋栗那麼美好~

Hazel Orange ??:
The combination of sweet and sour, in the rich chocolate, reveals the thin orange fragrance on the outer layer, and the slight charm in the cream filling. In addition to the thin outer layer, the chocolate also has mousse, chocolate cake and shortbread on the bottom layer. The overall taste is full of aroma. , rich taste, suitable for chocolate lovers!

Chocolate Citrus San Dono Noir ??:
The complex workmanship and taste is definitely another classic item. There are citrus shreds on the chocolate Chantilly, which makes the citrus aroma appear with the chocolate. The citrus buds and ganache inside make the taste progressively richer. I feel that it contrasts with the crunchy and hard taste of caramel puffs. I hope to continue to make this one in the future!

Summer Banquet ??:
This must be highly recommended. It is a sour cake with many layers. It contains the most delicate pineapple jelly. The concentrated pineapple juice has the finishing touch. The sourness comes from the passion fruit glaze and the tropical fruit filling in the middle. A bunch of softer mousses add crunch to the palate, which is really great! !
Mountain Autumn ?:
A very autumn dessert, this year's Montblanc-like cake, and my favorite in the past few years. I personally think that it has won a lot of chestnuts. The main body is big puffs, with black sesame meringues on it. The extremely sweet meringue has been reduced in sweetness and has a sesame aroma, which is perfectly integrated with the chestnut filling below. Halfway through eating, you will encounter the thick wine aroma of wine-stuffed cherries. The taste is rich but each is outstanding. Highly recommended ❤️
Aibo ?:
After changing the shape, it is still him. The cooking skills of apples are first-rate, and the original intention is maintained. The layers of the layered puff pastry are more distinct. The chef is really attentive!
This is my favorite French dessert shop in Taipei. I have to revisit it every once in a while. My favorites are the puff series desserts and Aibo, and the surprise of each new product makes people look forward to it~~

Matcha Plum Puffs: The bitterness and sweetness are just right, don't be afraid that the fondant is too sweet. Matcha Shanti is assisted, and the tea plum, matcha ganache, and vanilla filling are all paired together amazingly.
Ai Bo: Once again, I want to say that it is amazing. The apple caramel is soft but tastes delicious. The black tea Shanti is just right, and the custard filling is rich in vanilla, which makes people aftertaste.
Chestnuts and chestnuts: It can be eaten with complicated procedures, and the taste is also great. It turns out that chestnuts and black currants are so good~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice dessert shop near YongChun MRT station. The shop is small (around 15 seats) so call in in advance to check if there’s seats available.
We just have to order the pineapple cake, the look is just too cute!! They all taste light (not too sweet) and well balanced. We loved the apple cake, pineapple cake, and the chocolate cake (so unique look and delicious).
The strawberry roll taste nice but you can pretty much get it in other shop.
I ordered the honey coffee ( it’s nice...but I think it would be better to pair the cake with black coffee or black tea).
We will be back for other amazing looking cake ?
