相較於助碗稞比較軟嫩的稞體,但感覺料比較多.... 但整體而言還是喜歡助碗稞多一點點 好處是附近比較好停車

//麻豆炎山 上午路過麻豆,突然想吃碗粿,不思索,立馬下交流道,跳過阿蘭,直奔市場,結果星期二阿助碗粿休息沒開,沒事,繞過來炎山吃,一次二碗,非常滿足啊! 聽說賣了四十幾年,真的蠻好吃,香菇與肉沈碗底,先挖一個洞,將特製醬油膏倒下去再淋上蒜泥,由下往上翻夾肉與粿沾著滿滿的醬來吃,米香肉香夾雜,大口滿足! 米粿有油蔥香,醬則鹹甜適中,是我覺得美味的關鍵呢!

The food was made for a while when we arrived and gone cold. Staff is kind but the food is not good enough though.
