土虱是十分軟嫩且骨頭十分好挑、皮也給的夠大塊夠厚；排骨的骨頭部分就頗嫌比肉多了許多，但也是本身挺清爽好啃的口感。兩碗的湯頭皆挺舒爽順口，比起士林幾家明顯就是加一堆醬油的湯頭好太多，不過倒是沒有喝下去發熱的中藥感。
