[發自內心的喜歡萊沛斯這個環境,還有遇到好的教練] 最一開始跟嘉靖教練並不太熟,不過有時候在訓練的時候遇到些問題,教練也會很主動熱心的告訴我如何改善。有別於一般商業健身房教練所表現出來的態度,多數都會讓我感覺到冷冰冰的,嘉靖教練讓我對他印象和感覺非常好。 真正讓我想投入成為嘉靖教練的學生,是去年看他在苗栗的健體賽中得到新秀獎牌,對於能夠做到嚴格自我要求及約束這點,實在讓我覺得很不簡單。 教練的教學的並不是所謂華而不實的高難度動作,而是在上課前,透過一連串的問答,從淺至深從生活習慣、運動頻率到動作矯正、進度追蹤、心理矯正到卡關突破等等,每一個階段都能夠感受到他的用心和時刻叮嚀。 讓我最有感覺的改變就是蹲舉的姿勢調整,我過去總是會有下背束脊肌酸痛的毛病,經過他的評估也告訴我如何正確的啟動姿勢讓我的背部不在飽受酸痛壓力。 現在我不只不會有酸痛和代償了,訓練量跟也提升了更多,我能夠更精準的去控制好身體的每一下發力、收緊核心和正確的姿勢。 [如果做每件事情都給自己留後路,永遠都做不好,因為你不會盡全力去拼] 這是我從嘉靖教練身上學到的精神,我很推薦萊沛斯的Eddie 嘉靖教練 ??

It really makes me feel very difficult to be able to achieve strict self-requirements and restraints. What the coach teaches is not so-called flashy and difficult movements, but before class, through a series of questions and answers, from shallow to deep, from living habits, exercise frequency to movement correction, progress tracking, psychological correction to barrier breakthroughs, etc. At every stage, he can feel his intentions and reminders all the time. The most sensible change for me is the adjustment of the posture of the squat. I used to suffer from soreness of the lower back and spinal muscles. After his evaluation, he also told me how to start the posture correctly so that my back is not suffering from sore pressure. . Now I will not only have no soreness and compensation, but the amount of training has also increased more. I can more accurately control every force of the body, tighten the core and correct posture. 從1/4開始健身到現在,不知不覺也過了3個月,這三個月下來的感想只有:健身真的是一個非常值得的投資! 早已忘了當初是為何要私訊粉專約參觀,只記得資詢的當下覺得自己沒有預算,一度想放棄,還好當時阿璞教練提點我訓練臀肌有助於支撐下肢,對當時因為工作久站而導致左側副韌帶受傷的我而言是很好的誘因,所以在「試試看也好」的狀況下入坑。 這三個月下來在阿璞教練身上學習到很多健身技巧,細心感受肌肉的活動,調整自己用對的地方出力。透過每一次的訓練把自己磨成想像中的模樣,即便每次練習完身體都像是走過鬼門關一般疲憊,但是心靈卻獲得非常深厚的滿足,也因此現在上教練課成為一個禮拜中最期待的事。 而在與教練交流下也看出自己飲食上的疏漏。原本以為自己的飲食控制算是有所成效,應該沒有什麼問題,但是仔細紀錄後才發現在營養素的比例上控制的還不夠。這也是因為有教練的檢查下才發現的,而認真分配營養素的比例和控制熱量再加上訓練之後真的有明顯的改善。 健身是很好的投資在於身體不會辜負每次訓練的刺激。三個月下來雖然沒有變成最理想的樣子,但是每天照著鏡子也默默發現那隱藏在深處的線條浮出檯面,最明顯的就是穿衣服變好看了哈哈哈? 真的很感謝阿璞教練像朋友一樣無壓力的教導,讓每次的課程在訓練之餘還有很多笑聲。萊沛斯的環境非常的舒服,而且每位教練都非常的親切,讓健身房不再是一個令人望之卻步的場所~

Through every training, I grind myself into the imaginary appearance. Even though my body feels exhausted after every practice, my soul is deeply satisfied. Therefore, taking coaching lessons has become the most anticipated in a week. Thing. And after communicating with the coach, I also noticed the omissions in my diet. I originally thought that my diet control was effective and there should be no problem, but after careful recording, I found that the control of the ratio of nutrients was not enough. This is also discovered under the inspection of the coach, and the careful distribution of nutrient ratio and calorie control, plus training, has really improved significantly. Fitness is a good investment because the body will not live up to the excitement of every training session. Although it hasn't become the most ideal look after three months, I look in the mirror every day and silently find that the hidden lines appear on the surface. The most obvious thing is to wear clothes to look better. I'm really grateful to Coach Apu for his stress-free teaching like a friend, so that every time there is a lot of laughter besides training. The environment of Lépez is very comfortable, and every coach is very kind, making the gym no longer a prohibitive place~

在這裡上教練課雖然只有短短的四個月,但慢慢地感覺到自己下盤變得穩固,負重方面也有進步,是一件很開心的事。感謝教練在每一個訓練項目時給予鼓勵,也會依照每天不同的身體狀況調整菜單,整體而言,是一段愉快的經歷! 謝謝!

從四月到現在大概上了三個月的教練課(中間因為疫情小中斷了一下) 睿璞教練上課前會先認真瞭解我想改善的體態需求來安排適合的課程外,還會幫我監督每天的三餐 讓我越來越注重飲食,也從飲料人慢慢進化成開水人XD 再來教練課的部分 每堂課的上課過程中睿璞也會仔細檢查肌肉發力、姿勢是否正確,並且告訴我要如何改善 上課氛圍輕鬆但卻不會馬虎, 讓我一個健身菜鳥在課後也能獲得滿滿的充實感&痠痛感? 健身房環境雖然不大,但該有的東西也不少 偶爾還能巧遇可愛的貓咪~~ 另外工作人員也都很親切 整體氛圍蠻溫馨的 推推!?

從小,我就不是愛運動的女生,更別說曬太陽。 有一天早上醒來,站上體重計,上面顯示的數字,高到讓我當場崩潰大哭? 我怎麼會這麼放縱自己到這個地步⋯。 立馬下定決心,要改變自己! 經由朋友介紹,來到了萊沛斯運動生活館 櫃檯人員詳細又親切的幫我做了環境介紹 還有每位教練的專攻項目與證書。 很有緣的選了阿璞教練來當我人生第一位私人教練 永遠不會忘記第一天上課,阿璞教練非常細心的分析我身體狀況,體力耐力評估,讓我對重訓有了快速的好感! 之後的不論是器材練習或是肌耐力的訓練 時時刻刻都幫我仔細矯正錯誤 做的很好的地方,也從不吝嗇的稱讚我! 下課之後也不忘關心我重訓後身體的反應 會提醒我要多放鬆,飲食的部分馬上又變身成為營養師,教我怎麼吃,怎麼喝。 最重要的是,阿璞教練教我怎麼去喜歡,去欣賞自己!更讓我養成「運動是一輩子的習慣」這樣的觀念!! 現在的我會開始跑步,會開始爬山,甚至去潛水曬太陽!對我來說,健康是最無價的寶藏 感謝阿璞教練,感謝萊沛斯給我這麼棒的經驗和回憶,希望大家都能有如此美好的體驗❤️

The best place to workout if you are staying near main station. Daily membership is cheap, staff is extremely friendly and they have all the basics you need for a good workout.

180TD for one day pass! very reasonable price. and DBs up to 50kg as I remember, 2kinds of cables, machines are good as well!! If there is Shoulder press macchine, it would be perffect. but considering the price, this is the best place for travellers.
