明明已經是在地好久的客運品牌,但網路的資訊都沒有在更新的,會誤導乘客搭車的時間,2~3個月前是如此,2~3個月後還是如此,那乾脆不要放比較好,什麼時候有車坐,一起來全憑現場運氣好了,至於台中櫃檯(男性)態度,嗯...不予置評。

干城站櫃檯 本來想說今天看到換了一個比較親切的櫃檯 還滿開心的 不然之前的阿姨臉臭到一個不行 但也沒有比較好 搞不清楚身心障礙者的票怎麼賣 都坐了那麼多年的車 我們去遊樂園也是買兩張半票 櫃檯回說 是他們管的鬆 心裡os高鐵票和博物館也這樣賣我們 難道妳也要說是他們沒在管 最後可能心虛了 所以才說我自己去查 呵呵 阿姨 你沒有先確認過 先跟我們說自己的一番理論囉……害得我們心情很差 而且也沒有說聲抱歉之類的( 4/29下午4點多的櫃檯阿姨) 還有回程的司機 我們跟你說謝謝 還沉默的一直瞪我們 這次經驗真的是最糟的一次
