1.當我問說要寄去台南火車站要多少,說要600,沒問題我接受;
2.跟我說我的車較重,要加100,沒問題我接受;
3.後來拿出領車表要我自己選台南的領車地址,這讓我覺得奇怪,想說我剛已說我要寄到台南火車站,還要我選領車地址?因為對台南不熟,所以只好拿手機一個一個查表上距住處比較近的領車處,後來勉強找到一個比台南火車站近400公尺的領車處。
4.資料寫下去才說要多收70,我問說不是剛說700,旁邊吃著檳榔的員工竟跟我說因為我選的領車地比較偏遠所以要加70。好,那我不要了,才比我去台南火車站近400公尺,那根本沒有比較好,竟然跟我說資料已經寫了,不能改,改了地址載車的司機會搞混會送錯會延誤。這個理由爛到連幫我填資料的員工都懷疑,還再跟那吃檳榔的員工說明明可以改,結果他還阻止寫單的員工幫我改。
5.為了早日領車,我只好半信半疑的接受,不再爭議,付770。
6.結果到台南要領車時,仔細看領車單上面的資料讓我氣到上來寫負評。
(1)說不能改,結果領車單上只寫領車站名,沒有詳細地址,讓我很難確認領車處,也很懷疑改個領車處站名,甚至是改回台南火車站這個大站,你們的載車司機會看不懂。
(2)如果以上這些都不論就算了,結果領車單上你們自己員工連月份都寫錯更改,有什麼資格要我不能改領車處!?還推說你們送車司機會看不懂勒,奇怪你們自己寫錯日期更改就看得懂,我要改回台南火車站就說看不懂,真的是很過份。

我真的不懂什麼鎖車區是在搞什麼
現在都什麼年代了 能用正常的手段嗎 鎖車到底是什麼意思 我都以為我車被綁架了欸
重點是我已經先付錢了 要鎖車前難道不能先確認過嗎 況且完全沒告知車子有被鎖 還移動過我的機車 等到我騎車出去被繩子卡住 絆倒了 才知道
服務台還寫著勿喊! 根本也沒人
打電話 還理直氣壯告知我 對啊 我們都有提示 那邊就是鎖車區 你把鎖打開就可以了
連過來處理都不願意
也是我請他過來處理 還一直把錯導向客人 說大家都知道他們的規矩 而且也有貼告示 還說有放一條繩子提醒 我是不知道放一條繩子提醒了什麼
