起初因為店中只有老闆一人不太趕進門詢問試聽。進門時剛好碰到老闆在講電話，面對電話中的客人也同樣地不急不徐不會直接掛掉電話，等老闆忙完，表明自己預算與自己是新手只是想了解需求之後，很自然地邀請我試聽同等價位的音響。
過程中很多天馬行空的問題，老闆都願意解答並願意仔細聆聽，不會突然插嘴，充分理解後會提出自己的看法，也願意分享他心中建議的品牌與品名讓我回去做功課有方向，而不是強迫推銷。

When facing the guests on the phone, I was equally in a hurry and would n’t hang up directly. After the boss was busy, I showed that I am a novice and I just want to understand the needs. It ’s natural. Invited me to listen to the same price of audio.
During the course of many wild questions, the boss is willing to answer and listen carefully, will not suddenly intervene, will fully put forward his own views after being fully understood, and is willing to share the brand and name suggested in his mind so that I can go back and do my homework in a direction, rather than Forced sales.
