★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本課程雖然很划算，但是之後就開始逼你花錢。。。工具包連個包都沒有就700多，然後布料選擇性很少，也到最後布剪下去了才說一尺多少錢。。超貴1700 五尺!!! 然後老師上課不專業，才上第一次課就請假兩次! 覺得很可惜，環境還不錯，但是真的太商業，不會再去了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 員工專業度態度都不佳，只會一直推銷課程，不買就擺臭臉，縫紉機一對一都是敷衍了事，還會對新來員工大呼小叫的，另人非常尷尬，問問題也愛理不理的，適合盤子去買，買材料還是去附近的材料行買就對了，真的是一些爛員工壞了喜佳的招牌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裡面人員真的非常不專業，問問題好像都不太懂就算了，裡面的女性員工只會一直推銷叫你買縫紉機，明明才剛買沒多久就要叫我換機器，不想買臉就很臭，真的很誇張，消費者是欠你的嗎？我覺得台中喜佳生活館的員工教育訓練真的要再加強，令人觀感非常不佳

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台小姊服務態度超差，明明已經買了2台縫紉機，還一直推銷最貴的縫紉機，根本用不到，還一直推銷新課程還有很貴的講座，不買還擺臉色給你看。明明說店內的作品都可以學，還買了可上課的上課卷，想用之前店內買的布跟上個作品做完的剩布學作作品，才藝老師却愛理不理，要一直花錢買新布上新課程才會甩妳，想當凱子來這裡學好了，否則花錢找罪受。
