★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通電話詢問產品資訊時，接線的服務人員態度很好(不確定是不是老闆)，但實體店面有一個戴眼鏡的服務員，似乎當天心情不佳，服務態差，一副愛理不理的樣子。
三顆星給接線的服務人員，但請貴店加強教育店員的服務態度，並不是說服務態度要非常浮誇，但我們並沒有欠你，請你注意你的態度，因為這會影響一個店面的評價。
When I asked for product information on the phone, the service staff on the line had a good attitude (not sure if it was the boss), but there was a waiter wearing glasses in the physical store.
Three stars are given to the service staff of the wiring, but please strengthen the education of the service attitude of the shop staff. It does not mean that the service attitude should be very exaggerated, but we do not owe you, please pay attention to your attitude, because it will affect the evaluation of a store.

相機小白有問題都可以大膽問
如果要體驗相機建議還是去新光看一看
畢竟一台相機價格不算太便宜
可以多做功課再去問問
先確定自己的用途、預算 再問門市人員
都還蠻有耐心的
也不會硬推其他產品 光這點我就覺得很棒??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had the product I needed, and I could buy it very quickly. The price was reasonable, it was almost the same as on the web shops, which is very nice! The shop assistant was very polite and we could speak English without any problems. I could pay by card, but there was an additional fee (maybe around $150-200). The shop is huge and you can find every kind of camera-related things. Accessories, bags, tripods...etc.
