藥師們服務態度很親切 而且超專業 會很有耐心的解釋病症與用藥知識 價格也合理公道???

進到這家藥局詢問產品，藥師會關心我目前的症狀和程度，再慢慢的說明適合的東西去改善我的問題，非常仔細且有耐心，很喜歡這種服務的感覺

不專業，沒禮貌，買洗手消毒液，常推介一款，說日本裝造很好用，問化學成份，理直氣壯說不知道，要我自己看成份，還有，貨品價錢和標示不一樣，藥房是這樣辦事嗎？一團糟

I went to this place to buy a product. I do not know Chinese so I was checking the product details on my phone. I was approached by two members of staff. The first one asked if I need help. I politely replied “No thanks”. As I do in any part of the world. It seems they had some personal issue with this as they both asked me in English, and understood my response. I heard the first worker gossip about me to another worker. Then that worker approached me, again I politely declined the help. I personally felt that their “offer” of help was because a foreigner was standing in their store looking at his phone. Clearly them approaching me again and again was a sign of this. I also don’t recall them asking anyone else in the store if they needed “help”. I informed them that continuously approaching me, I felt this was rude. Because it wasn’t about help. It was them being afraid that a six foot tall foreigner using his phone was in their store...and maybe he will steal something. So I approached the counter to discuss this (bad customer service..not trusting me for standing there using my phone) and told them that this wasn’t a very respectful way to treat (harass) a customer. The result of my attempt to complain about their attitude resulted in: “You can’t stand there using your phone”. “This is my home”. “Call the police”. Why would a business threaten a customer (& pretend to call the police) if he was just pointing out that he was looking for product details on his phone and that they didn’t need to have a problem with this. This wasn’t about customer service. This was about discrimination and having no clue how to deal with foreign people who visit their store. Even my Taiwanese friends agreed with me. Call the police? In Taiwan that pretty much means they don’t have a reason, or they don’t want to admit that they have the issue. I waited for the police, but they didn’t arrive. Empty threats. If you are a foreigner (or even Taiwanese), then avoid this weird place. They have clearly been badly educated on foreigners in Taiwan and have no idea about the concept of customer service (internationally). Avoid. You’ll give them brain damage just by walking through the door.
