那位要我們反省自己的小姐,有認真看留言寫的事情過程嗎?你親眼目睹了嗎? 原來在夜市消費,店家就可以不尊重人? 原來沒有收服務費,就不用有基本的禮貌? 原來收了服務費,店家才能有好態度才會尊重客人,那拜託你去跟店家說趕快收服務費。 什麼叫“應該是佔用很久?這種沒有根據的猜測。 如果”麵才剛剛上桌“不到一分鐘” 是佔用很久,那我們沒話說。 如果店家在消費前,有口頭、在菜單、或有任何公告說明消費規則,客人沒話說。 如果我們是為批評而批評,不用花時間打這麼多、這麼長一篇。 最後,如果寫出真實消費感受會影響店家做生意,那有問題的是店家還是客人? 如果店家口碑很好,一切都很棒, 只有這篇我們運氣不好的消費心得,起得了什麼影響跟作用? 20180923中秋節遇到這種事,真的...............(事後回想,當下真的應該直接走人不要吃了) 經過攤子看很多人,好奇的第一次來吃,沒有菜單,現場就是老闆,老闆娘,跟一位年輕女子(猜測是老闆女兒)。 跟著其他人點了一碗擔仔麵跟米粉,坐在第二桌(參考照片)。 等待著食物中間,除了跟朋友說話也用手機回覆訊息,此時老闆女兒“送餐完之後,同桌朋友有手機使用問題問我,我才拿起他的手機要跟他說明…… 照片中老闆女兒就非常“大聲”的說「我們這裡(座位)不是給你們用來滑手機的,我們座位有限,趕快吃~等等等等」 接著老闆跟著大聲說,「......你們再滑,就把麵收走!......省略.....(等等等)」而他們的口氣差+態度之差就不用說了!有史以來第一次遇到這種老闆!!! 當下我們沒有反應過來,只覺得很丟臉,真的很傻眼,當時全部都是人(座位區如照片),連隔壁攤子的人都聽到了,x ×麵才剛剛上桌““不到一分鐘””!!! 他們就大聲說了前面那些話,請問才剛煮好的麵那麼燙,要怎麼趕快吃完?怎麼不自己來吃看看! 有問題可以溝通,不用這樣羞辱人!(我們等待上麵過程,沒有其他人等著要內用,有也可以併桌一起共用,朋友事後說,我們應該直接走人的,為何要這樣被羞辱) 如果不希望看到客人滑手機,可以貼公告或口頭說明,什麼都沒說就公開大聲罵人…… 食物普通,小小一碗,擔仔麵40米粉40,沒有很好吃也不難吃,但可惜怎麼會有這種態度……納悶??? 態度,我們沒有要求店家要 熱情招呼、也不用老闆要有笑容、或多親切多和善什麼的,是真的覺得被羞辱了,所以寫出自己的感受。 難道連基本尊重人跟禮貌都不用有嗎?!
