以往我所看到的排骨酥都還有骨頭
這家強調是無骨排骨酥 整個就超方便
在調味上是跟那類的排骨酥完全不同
我覺得像是鹹酥雞攤版的排骨酥
切的小小一塊一塊 方便一口咬
而土魠魚 也是小小一塊一塊
方便一口一口 是沒錯～
但相較於台南吃的那種土魠魚羹那種
這個就會覺得吃不太到魚的口感
也會覺得比較乾
一樣都還是好吃的

但肉質還可以，不會到硬
