The service staff is very polite to help you introduce the usage, but I personally think that my mother told us not to call the sound effect at the beginning, but later she secretly let us sign a peace agreement and said no, but it is still there. If you can re-evaluate with 2 stars, you can pass. portion~?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist in Taiwan, this is one of the places you can get a prepaid sim card.
The staff are quite helpful and prompt. They speak hardly any English but are willing to work with you and try their best to help.
They have brochures in both English and Chinese to help you make a decision on what plan you want to buy but if you have many questions it can be difficult to communicate.
I would suggest you can do your research on the website of Taiwan mobile so you know what plan you want to buy and can point it out on their english brochure. The staff will take care of the rest.
I believe MasterCard and Visa are accepted but always good to have cash all the same.
