★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在意食材、調味及烹飪方式的人,會喜歡上味無味對於食物的用心,包括建物上的改造所帶來的氛圍。讓人在品嘗食物時,能夠感覺到從外引入室內的空氣與自然光線。一月造訪時,天氣舒爽沒有蚊蟲,從小小後院竹牆風洞吹入的空氣清涼,院內植物自然生長,光線在午後會偏斜進入,配上室內的稻殼牆面,感覺舒服閑靜。
主廚豆沙拉從各類豆品的調味到擺盤都很用心,推薦喜歡蔬食或素食者可以嚐試。嫩雞南瓜燉飯應該是目前吃過清甜微酸,且帶有自然香氣與口感、不過度烹調至糜爛的南瓜,與嫩雞的搭配相宜且調味上不入一般西式做法的窠臼。牛肝菌松露燉飯擺盤漂亮,食材相互映襯且無過度搶味的角色,上桌能入口的溫度舒服。燜筍茶油麵線的筍子與麵體烹調合宜,但苦茶油的比例可以再高一些,讓整體口感更溫潤香郁。雪白的醃蘿蔔與飽滿的紅棗,放置於墨藍色的小碟上,實在讓人也覺得眼睛舒暢。
銀耳湯上面的玫瑰花瓣,應該是這幾年來讓人最激賞的搭配。清甜的銀耳湯與挾帶玫瑰、荔枝香氣的酸甜感,讓人整餐下來在一個舒服的狀態下圈畫止點。
造訪味無味的飲食經驗很好,店家油品只選用橄欖油和苦茶油,與自己家裡的烹調方式相同,食材也以取好與乾淨為導向,會願意在不同季節帶家人再訪,嚐試不同時令的食材作品。也期望店家在多方研究下,維持推出味無味的初衷:)

唯獨建議單點招牌料理燉飯即可,甜點這次抵達時都已售罄,感覺也可以試試,飲料和搭配套餐的開胃小點滿普通可以單點就好了。
- 豆乳起司燉飯$230:使用糙米、黃豆和紅扁豆作為澱粉主食,口感較清爽不失嚼勁,有一些豆類磨碎的渣渣口感挺特別。使用帕瑪森和莫扎瑞拉兩種起司和鹹鴨蛋,香氣很夠!再以巴薩米克醋佐味,微酸澀的味道可以解膩又提味,很有趣的組合。
- 南瓜嫩雞燉飯$260:超級喜愛南瓜燉飯的我,這是吃一口就確定還會想再吃第二次的南瓜燉飯!燉飯上有夏威夷果仁和南瓜籽的點綴很聰明,讓每口飯配上幾粒果仁,在嘴巴裡的香氣又再提升了一些!吃得到整塊金瓜、雞肉很嫩,唯獨使用糙米或許讓飯吃起來會越來越乾
- 套餐搭配飲品梅汁換成發芽全豆漿:有機黃豆浸泡發芽搭配糙米,沒有綿密感、也喝不太到黃豆香氣,是比較讓人驚訝的一點
- 套餐前的醃漬白蘿蔔與餐後果凍:雖說本身就強調無味,但醃漬白蘿蔔沒有吃出清甜與脆爽,也無開胃的作用,或許換成毛豆更適合
果凍應該是蝶豆花,上面是蔓越莓的果醬,搭配起來有些衝突,甜酸不合、Q度和綿密感也未見
