今天又買一次,還特別吩咐我不要冷的,
結果還是炸好放到冷的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看了部落客橘子狗愛吃糖的文章吃完隔壁的旱溪肉圓順便來的,老實說覺得有點雷!
一開始要吃肉圓時就都沒客人,吃完時也沒人,但同行友人想吃看看於是還是點了。
點了一個蚵嗲跟一個米糕(跟外面我吃過現點現炸的不同,這裡的已經先炸好炸起來了。)
點好就坐後發現桌子蠻多屑屑蠻髒的都沒擦,看了旁邊的桌子也是一樣,另一桌老闆娘正在那個位置挑韭菜。
東西上桌先吃了米糕,覺的皮偏厚,米糕偏軟沒什麼口感,甜味也偏淡。
招牌的蚵嗲夾起來切面的蚵仔囊袋超飽滿的,看了一下麵糊也感覺水水的!(看到這情況才覺得可怕!)因爲我跟友人很怕吃到沒熟的蚵仔,覺得有種腥味很可怕(熟的敢吃)
然後一臉疑惑的詢問老闆娘說這個有熟嗎?老闆娘當下給的回答是說:蚵仔生的沾哇莎米也可以吃啊!我們只摸摸鼻子說沒那樣吃過...
然後老闆娘走了我吃了一個蚵仔,就是很重的腥味啊⋯⋯如果有熟不會有這個味道啊!或是不新鮮!直接放棄不吃蚵嗲吃完米糕就走了!
姑且不管蚵仔生的能不能吃,心想預炸好放在室溫下這樣裡面嫩嫩的沒有食安疑慮嗎?
廣告看板跟實體的厚度也是差很大!
要走時看到外面桌子也是髒髒的上個客人吃完的碗盤也沒收,餐檯桌面也都是屑屑沒整理!
這家店我真的不會在來了,部落客說開了10年,這樣的品質個人無法接受!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸蚵嗲內餡麵糊介於水狀與半凝結狀態?!狀似熟又狀似無熟,口食無麵糊生味,推測是一炸定形後,餘溫悶),蚵仔瘦小沒幾個,品種跟金門不同(金門蚵仔身扁小、春蘭蚵仔身鼓卻小),倒是內餡菲菜(??)短又多。
炸豆腐較無味道, 需外加調料調味,喜愛豆腐天然口感無變化者,這道不要錯過Orz。
炸米糕和大麵羹,是同行友人吃的,好不好吃不評論,但單看大麵羹碗裝大小及價格,就知道這是給外地觀光客嚐鮮用(大麵羹鹼味似乎不是人人接受)。
以上炸物都是常溫不燙舌,桌子黏 膩 油,經多年炸油滋養,應該是保養不錯Orz.。
