★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台中這麼多家賣炒麵豬血湯的，我吃完覺得這家真的不錯，我點了大腸豬血湯，裡面滿滿的料，有芥菜、筍乾、酸菜，特別的是，這家的湯頭有用筍乾下去煮，喝起來酸酸的味道真的很棒，不會像很多湯頭有加了味精的味道。炒麵的話，麵條Q彈，不會軟軟的，淋上他們的肉燥，吃起來蠻順口的，建議要吃前加點蒜頭水跟辣椒醬，口感就更棒了。可惜辣椒醬不是用東泉的，不然就更棒了。

The soup is dried with bamboo shoots, sour and sour taste is really great, not like many soups with MSG. For fried noodles, the noodles will not be soft. They will be drizzled with their meat and will taste delicious. It is recommended to add garlic water and chili sauce before eating. The taste is even better. It is a pity that the chili sauce is not made with Dongquan, otherwise it will be even better.

豬血湯好吃+滷肉飯=40元。
隔間肉，粉腸也粉好吃。
小菜便宜。
Cheap and big bowl, high co value.
Pork blood soup is delicious + braised pork rice = 40 yuan.
Compartmental meat and vermicelli are also delicious.
Side dishes are cheap.
