★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次約修冷氣的時侯,當下修完冷氣有比較冷了。後來我不到一個禮拜又不涼了，多次聯絡他都口頭答應說會來，連續放鳥三次。覺得說話不算話。不來講一聲也好，可以體諒。但是直接不回應。這服務態度無法苟同。
The first time I made an appointment to repair the air conditioner, it was colder after the repair. Later, I didn't get cold again in less than a week. After contacting him many times, he verbally promised that he would come, and released the birds three times in a row. I don't think it's worth talking. It's okay not to say a word, it's understandable. But don't respond directly. I can't agree with this service attitude.
