★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *****以一個在地的老台中人觀點而言，我對於劉記食品的總評就是所謂“物美價廉料實在”...，我每個月總會光顧2至3次。我個人雖然稱不上是老饕，但是店內的“傳統肉乾”，“港式臘腸和港式肝腸” 以及“海苔肉鬆”則是我自己必然光顧的美味食品.....這家店的肉類食品種類繁多，但是口味和品質都相當優異和道地.....是我自己食用和年節餽贈親友的首選名店.....在新冠肺炎疫情擴散之前，更是我介紹香港友人和觀光學生旅遊至台中的重要採購點..... *****如果有興趣在店裡採購金華火腿後自己烹飪金華火腿湯品.....？建議各位向老闆娘請教.....！她會傳授我們大餐廳名廚如何調理正宗的金華火腿湯品(經濟又實惠喔...) *****強烈建議有空可以到店裡走一走，順便聽聽老闆和老闆娘的推薦...你們會發現傳統的美食精華就在這店裡喔....
