(1)我一開始進門就說,「我要影印,要裝訂成冊,我要印三份……」,老闆應都不應我,只叫我給檔案,然後忙他自己的,等他弄好一本交給我,我說:「不好意思,我要三份」,老闆說:「妳剛剛怎麼沒說?」,我明明講了,老闆態度差,我還要多等再加印兩份,重讀檔案,重訂格式的時間,老闆還好意思怪我!我忍住了! (2)中間跑去講電話,一講十分鐘,我在那空等!我忍住了! (3)印好後,怪我自己只檢查了一本,第一本沒問題就付了錢,彩色一張八元,裝訂費60元,嗯!很貴!隔天早上我準備送件,再檢查一次,居然有其中一本,最後面有六張不是我的檔案的紙!已經一起訂在裡面!這能交嗎?但我急著上班,只能等晚上再去一趟!今天無法送件!還好我不是算最後一天送件。晚上去了之後,告訴老闆狀況,他拿去開始拆!割!撕!看著我一本$206的檔案被拆,我很心急,黏完之後他發現,他有一張沒撕掉,(我也是一開始就告訴他,最後六張不是我的,還翻給他看,跟他講了兩次我的檔案只到30頁。)結果他發現還有一張沒撕到,再一次撕!拆!割!黏!我終於忍不住了!問他:「老闆!你不能重印嗎?」他馬上說:「可以啊!檔案給我!」,我問:「那我還要付錢嗎?」,他說:「當然要阿!」,我理智線斷了一根!「是你訂錯!我還要付錢!」,我先生也在旁邊說:「老闆!是你的問題,害她今天不能送件,你還要叫她付錢嗎?」,老闆語氣很差的說:「好阿!可以不用付錢阿!我來印阿!但是明天才能給妳!妳明天再來拿!」,我的理智線全部斷掉!我昨天在那裡等了半個小時,你給了我三本,今天你重印一本居然叫我明天再來拿,而且現在時間是晚上8:00,你營業時間到9:30,你叫我明天再來拿?!我很氣的說:「那你昨天為什麼當天就給我了!」,他說:「我昨天機台有開!今天沒有開!開機要一個半小時,所以明天才能給你!」,什麼機器要開機一個半小時!算很剛好嘛!一個半小時就是他的關店時間!我內心真的罵了無數次髒話!我先生也很怒的跟他說:「你生意這樣做!沒關係!我也不要讓你印了!你不錯阿!」,老闆還兇我老公:「我都已經說我來印了,不然你想怎樣啦!」,我說:「你開一間影印店機台沒有開!那每一個客人來!你都跟他說你明天再來嗎?是因為你的關係訂錯!害我今天不能送件!你還這種態度!」,然後老闆就繼續做他自己的事,一直搖頭!一付懶得跟你們講的態度! 請大家評評理!這麼多大大小小的過失,這樣專業嗎?就連我給你最後一次機會,請你處理,我沒有一開始就要求重印!六張連在一起的錯誤頁數!你都還可以拆錯!又要給我重拆!老闆的心思有專業嗎?然後我問可以重印嗎?老闆居然還要我付一次錢!那每個客人來,老闆都故意印錯!客人要重印就重收錢!那他不就可以賺兩倍甚至三倍的錢!重一開始就不聽客人的要求!少印份數!之後還不知道修補重大錯誤的店,大家還要去嗎!
