高麗菜蒜頭味有出來可是整盤高麗菜吃起來就像是水+菜。 我另外點了一個蔥蛋我跟店員說要加一點醬油 結果等到蔥蛋都白飯吃完了 蔥蛋也吃完了 醬油也沒加。 店員都在顧自顧的聊天都沒在看。後面的工作人員也搞不清楚狀況。態度不是很優。 店門口有貼人手不足請見諒我看到的是有3.4個店員在旁邊摸來摸去。 我可能不會想再來了

其實我自己本身算常來吃的,但可能最近常有人手不足的問題吧,而且剛好又有新人,但新人對於工作可能做事方式還沒很熟悉的那種,所以就會變得說有些在炒菜的師傅可能會直接在客人面前兇新人,這樣吃飯的氣氛感覺就會有些緊張?,其實像我本身也是做餐飲業,但畢竟我自己做的是內場,所以做事流程會比較暢一點,而這邊的員工要炒菜又要幫客人帶位、結帳然後又要接電話訂單,雖然不知道這邊還有沒有做Uber 或熊貓訂單啦,這樣的工作動線是真的蠻容易讓人分身乏術的

這間算是台中開最晚的大埔了,第一次吃知道是直營後,平均一禮拜都會來吃一次,但這兩次到訪貴店一次10:30剩外帶可以接受畢竟沒有現場客人,5/3號第二次去10:00初是已經收了,如果有更改時間也在google上更改? 看其他人的評論大多數都是講態度很差,因為自己從事餐飲業,一部分自己都是10:00多左右靠近下班時間去內用,這種被擺臉色我也都能體諒,口味好吃我認為都無所謂,但每次給我的用餐體驗都不太一樣,某一次去要續兩樣菜被一位戴眼鏡胖胖的人說一份餐續一樣菜而已,下一次去跟另一位店員說他說都可以續,直營店難道都沒有一個固定的SOP嗎?如果下次去又想要續兩種菜是不是又要被同一個店員擺一次臉色?

和其他的大埔鐵板燒分店相較起來,這家店的店面空間規劃上是有比較大,整潔明亮和別的分店相較是一大優點;消費者自己前往盛盪或是飲料時,比較不會撞到別人。 5/21晚上前往消費,店內服務人員比客人多(不過這也是大埔鐵板燒的特色吧!);服務態度也十分不錯,可以感受到其熱忱。 料理餐點部份,依然還是維持著一貫的水平,但主餐部份是用另外的餐具來盛,是和別的分店不同,除了衛生之外,料理味道也不會和青菜類混在一起,這一點是不錯的。 加點的荷包蛋,雖然看起來是很一般的荷包蛋,但是蛋白部份並不會煎的過老,這滿加分的。 令我印象深刻的是免費提供的昆布豆腐味噌湯,食材用料真的很大方,湯頭也濃郁很多。
