菜色都算一般般 沒有特別驚艷的地方 但是湯頭好喝 跟服務很好 附近不好停車 所以真的要找一下停車位置

家人推薦來嚐鮮看看 點了蒜頭烏骨雞 滿滿的蒜頭蛤蠣 湯頭濃郁 順口 麵線略乾一些無香氣 鹹蛋苦瓜也無預期之內的好吃 酥炸肥腸咬到後面有個味道 不知道是不是點了較雷的快炒 下次會點其他快炒再試看看 店家招待高麗菜及花生小魚乾 相當大方 吃了特別開心

每次路過這條路都會發現這間店小小的卻有著很滿的人潮!因為喜歡喝雞湯就收藏在口袋裡,近日終於有機會來試試口味了! 因為之前經過都很多人,所以這次有先電話預約。但這個位置真的很難停車,所以如果要開車前往的話,要做好車位不好找的心理準備!建議是騎機車或者是搭公車,因為這邊很適合三五好友點幾道菜、點個雞湯,喝酒聊天,喝酒不開車,開車不喝酒!因為停車位太難找所以少給了一顆星。 雞湯的部分,這次點了隱藏版「剝皮辣椒雞湯」還加了當季的麻竹筍。不得不說麻竹筍加在剝皮辣椒雞湯裡意外的搭配,但一開始喝會覺得味道不太夠,建議是大火滾後不要馬上轉小火,多滾一會後再轉小火,才會把剝皮辣椒跟香菇的味道煮出來,也才會讓麻竹筍更有味道! 快炒類點了「蔥爆牛肉」、「鹹蛋苦瓜」、「炒川七」跟「紹興醉雞」。白飯是免費供應,所以其實可以不用額外加點麵線就會有主食可以搭配了~另外還有店家招待的燙秋葵跟花生小魚乾,這兩道菜味道也都很棒! 蔥爆牛肉,味道很夠很下飯!牛肉很嫩,讓平常不愛吃白飯的我都吃了一碗白飯! 鹹蛋苦瓜,可惜的地方是原本以為會用山苦瓜但卻用了一般苦瓜,原本以為會很失望,不過料理的很好,整體而言味道也很夠,也是十分配酒下飯的一道菜! 炒川七,算是最普通的一道菜了,可能是因為另外兩道菜味道都很夠,所以這道菜相較起來就平淡很多,總覺得少了一點什麼說不出來的味道,但均衡飲食吃點綠色青菜也是不錯的。 紹興醉雞,是一道令人意外驚艷的菜色!雞肉鮮嫩加上紹興酒十分入味,讓人一口接著一口吃,份量也意外地算多,是一道很推薦要點的菜! 總結,這是一間會讓人想再回來吃的店!快炒類都很棒,雞湯選擇也有很多種,下次會想在嘗試喝不同的雞湯!另外雞湯沒有喝完打包的時候,店員還會問說有沒有需要再加湯,真的非常貼心!

個人認為台中有三大「燒酒雞」名店 畢竟每個人口味不同,有人認為你家巷口那一家最好吃, 或是我媽、我阿嬤煮的最好吃,撇除不說, 就用台中人口耳相傳,或是實際網友評價參考 台中三大燒酒雞名店,分別是「小魚兒」、「潮州羅」還有「精武路菜脯雞」 小魚兒與潮州羅都在西區五權西屯路那一代,靠得相當近, 精武路菜脯雞則是在東區,離一中街、台中車站都有一段距離 如果是搭乘交通工具,可以搭火車到精武車站再轉乘ibike最便利 說到「精武路菜脯雞」,早在十多年前,我還在讀大學,就與朋友一起吃過 當時只記得是很適合配酒的名店, 整間店熱熱鬧鬧,價格也不貴 上個週末,與老婆跟朋友再去吃,算是對往事的回味 這次點了「菜脯雞」加一堆快炒 坦白說,吃慣了「老菜脯雞湯」,還真的吃不慣這家「菜脯雞」 因為湯頭沒有濃濃老菜脯醬香味,反而有點像是喝蘿蔔雞湯, 又沒有新鮮蘿蔔的香甜味, 湯頭不難喝,就是無法形容的口感, 湯裡的菜脯像切碎的蘿蔔塊,感覺沒有醃製過 下次可能換喝別的湯, 這家的菜脯雞不是我愛的口味 不過這家的快炒真是棒 無論是三杯皮蛋、麻油雙腰,還是薑絲炒大腸,口味都是一等一 還有隨桌附贈的花生小魚乾,連平常不愛吃的老婆都說好吃, 這也是我給予四顆星的原因 稍稍彌補點了菜脯雞不愛的缺憾
