21:30到現場取，老闆娘才說怎麼這麼晚才來拿，沒注意到您要21:30取，並說明一收到訂單就做了，所以現場取餐點跟本是冷的，還放了快2小時……這個處理態度我覺得很誇張。
憑什麼給顧客放了快2小時冷掉的炸雞？
自己沒注意取餐時間，後果要客人負擔？
我覺得不行！！
