★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就在稍早3/14，打了一番所有幼兒園資訊電話，經由其他幼兒園介紹資訊 打給了「貴單位」，接聽的電話人員素質真的是讓人感到極度的不舒服，一點同理心都沒有，口氣也是極差，問家長的問題也沒有什麼思考，有誰會希望自己的小孩遇到這樣的問題，一點幫助也沒有，這是特教資源中心該有的態度和素質嗎！
 Just earlier on 3/14, I called all the kindergarten information, and I called "your unit" through the introduction of other kindergartens. The quality of the people who answered the phone was really uncomfortable, a little empathy. I don't have any at all, and my tone is very bad. I don't think much about asking parents questions. Who would hope that their children would encounter such a problem without any help at all. Is this the attitude and quality that a special education resource center should have!
