★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創立於日治大正3年(1914)，原來是窯洞型小祠，旁邊的老榕樹是創立時所種植的，百年榕樹綠蔭如蓋。民國51年重建為現貌。和城隍廟比鄰而居，廟埕寬大，整個占地近百坪。除供奉頭戴有翅官帽的開基石雕土地公、大尊職帽土地公、土地婆外，還有其他不請自來的28尊土地公，構成三桌坐不下的現象。保存有耳古樸的石香爐，香爐中間刻有菊花(吉花)、右刻「台中街石頭灘」、左刻「大正甲寅年冬月」(1914)。石頭灘仔為本地之古名。
Founded in Taiji, Japan, in the 3rd year (1914), it was originally a small cave-style shrine. The old banyan tree next to it was planted when it was founded. Rebuilt in 51 years as it is now. Located next to the Chenghuang Temple, the temple grounds are wide and occupy an area of nearly 100 pings. In addition to enshrining the Kaiji stone carving earth princes wearing winged official hats, the grand prince hat land princes, and land princes, there are other unsolicited 28 land princes, which constitutes the phenomenon that the three tables cannot sit down. A simple stone incense burner with ears is preserved, with a chrysanthemum (jihua) engraved in the middle of the incense burner, "Taichung Street Stone Beach" engraved on the right, and "Taisho Jiayin Winter Moon" on the left (1914). Stone Beach is the ancient name of the local.
