滷味熟度軟硬度比起其他很多店家更對我的標準
醬汁味道也感覺很剛好
所以給五星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃不少次 本來覺得還不錯 不過遇到少給食材（明明有挾豆皮 裡面沒有） （覺得蠻遺憾的 錢都收了 離家又遠 也不方便再跑回去了 看別人好像也發生過 需改進）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來是很喜歡明哥滷味的，但近期去買感覺好像都換了不一樣的人員，環境清潔覺得沒有像之前夫妻那樣的乾淨感！今天還吃到一條看過最長的蟲（應該是菜蟲），還是已經吃完料要喝湯時撈到的！一切覺得噁心感上來！
