拿來換貨店員表示他們沒有這種規格，要更改家中配線，也不讓我退貨，只能更換其他產品。
所以沒有相同規格也硬要賣產品
也沒事先告知客戶，難怪可以越開越大間
真棒?很會銷售?員工很會教?
理直氣壯的店員?請增加自己員工的教育?

於店內購買四塊空心磚，因騎車載不回家先載了2塊！ 回家後發現兩塊就夠了，要退貨不給退，回一句有本事去消基會告啊！
有發票東西也沒拿走，試問為何不能退？
