致電詢問是否有清冠一號，護士說有，於是視訊看診，看完診拿到藥後，致電詢問是哪一家清冠一號，護士告知是「勸奉堂」，但處方籤完全跟清冠不相關的中藥。
這是一家沒有醫德的診所。
