安	安德魯王子的美食旅程 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 排骨酥出乎意料地很不台南,取名安平大概是跟人名有關反而與台南無關吧...湯頭一入口就有柴魚味,醃漬入味的排骨酥軟嫩而且充滿了油蔥及蒜頭香氣,屬於鹹香路線但又與豐原的胡椒香氣有所區分,肉塊份量多沒有骨頭深得我心,但畢竟缺少了冬瓜或蘿蔔,只能說少了一些甜味,吃到後來有類似味味一品爌肉泡麵的錯覺燒肉還不錯,中規中矩,但以宵夜場來說,已算是難能可貴的美味 Unexpectedly, the pork ribs is not Tainan.
