無法接單的話麻煩請將電話線拔掉,不是接起來叫人家稍等你後 電話直接放旁邊 等很久也沒回應 一直在點現場的 大喊大叫 。
服務態度有待加強 員工多多訓練啦 忙不過來請增加人手 現場都顧不好了還一直接平台 客人都留不住了

If you can't take the order, please unplug the phone line, instead of calling people to wait for you after you pick it up, put the phone directly next to you, wait for a long time without responding, and yell at the scene all the time.
The service attitude needs to be strengthened. The staff are trained a lot. If you are too busy, please increase the number of people. You can't take care of the scene.

詢問不是打電話先預訂了嗎?
店員還一派輕鬆回應「應該是我們沒有key到,嗯,對」
對什麼⋯而且居然還告訴我們「要等十分鐘」,請問打電話預訂的目的在哪裡?
店員服務訓練不足,對於疏失一句抱歉也沒有,好像客人沒被準備到餐點是很稀鬆平常的事一樣,店內也沒什麼人,只看到在聊天的櫃檯人員,非常差勁的感受

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我可以體諒餐飲業的辛苦,但職場員工訓練真的有待加強,假日人多我能體諒點餐的客人多,但如果員工訓練做的好,出單有序,會讓客人等餐點等了一個小時嗎?
還會Key錯桌號,完全不聞不問,讓客人一直等。
眼見別桌比自己晚來的都已經快吃完了,自己的餐點都沒上,詢問店員也說都是照單出。
不要睜眼說瞎話了好不好?
員工態度真的是 “極差!!!”
說別人都比我早點餐?? 你要不要拿單據來看來比對??態度真的有夠爛!
別騙我沒做過餐飲業!出單有序還會這樣亂成一團讓客人等那麼久??
希望貴公司能提升員工的素質以及修養。
不然在好吃的東西都會變得不美味!
