T	Takistahaiian Isiliduan Tahai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舊家有三台冷氣要拆卸，一開始用電話聯絡老闆本人，本來還覺得老闆實在，怎知到了約訂的拆卸時間，才發現根本就是戲劇科來剝皮的。 #當初老闆約定好每台台幣500元解決，不分窗型或分離式，並且我也告知我們社區環境及我所居住的正確位置，老闆親口說很熟悉我們社區，常常服務我們這裡居民，所以三台冷氣拆除1500加300窗口復原費，合計1800元。 #在電話溝通中也告知作業高度約3米高，因為我所居住的樓層是二樓，大約小拉梯即可，且架設工作梯毫無障礙可言，因為我們各棟間前後均有2～3米寬防火巷。 #大約13:00左右施作師傅電話跟我說從公司整備工具後大約下午13:30到現場，結果兩位師傅穿着夾腳拖來，然後看了三台冷氣後就說下雨天沒法拆。讓人傻眼！（雨也早就停了） #我明白地告訴師傅我只有今天下午可以陪同了，時間部分已經跟大買客老闆確認了；然後年輕的師傅才跟我說［好吧！那我們回去準備工具就過來］。等等……那麼13:00打電話來不就說要準備工具嗎？再來，你們一開始就沒穿工作鞋來，所以這齣是哪齣？ #年輕的師傅又跟我說要準備特殊工具，真的很厚臉皮，今天請你們來拆裝冷氣，不就是要準備拆裝冷氣該準備的工具嗎？，再來你們說要準備吊猴來，請問你們要如何架設？在牆外打一個內牙壁虎後用O環固定嗎？（沒看外牆就直接跟我說要用吊猴）會不會太費工？當初三年前裝設的師傅一個在窗台拉繩子，一個在下方固定拉梯，讓冷氣外機靠著拉梯斜面上去。工夫有待商榷。（不是想比較而已只是提供建議）結果年輕的師傅回一句［我們沒他們厲害！］。唉~難怪想出一堆不切實際的工作方案出來，真的沒有很厲害。 #再者，兩位師傅中其中一位較為年長的那位師傅，從頭到尾莫不吭聲，可能怕我認出幾年前請他服務過我們家的烘衣機跟洗衣機維修吧？年輕的那位阿弟仔，如果功夫不到家就不要那麼嘰嘰喳喳，［半瓶水響叮噹］，你說的方案也不跟我協調，就想直接定案要我接受？年輕人別那麼衝動。 #回到公司後打給我說：［我們老闆說，因為高度超過，然後需要特殊工具，所以決定每台各加500元］。太欺負人了，坐地喊價起來了，真的很誇張，所以當下不囉嗦，直接回覆不用來了，我找別家 #本人也是從事水電相關行業，且也是屬於基層的工程人員，當初會選擇貴公司，是因為感受過老師傅的專業維修技術及服務態度，加上本人連連外地趕工加班，著實無力應付此工程，所以才決定將冷氣拆裝工作交付與您們，但是今日所發生的一切，卻讓我很氣憤。
